Our Story: From Struggles to Strength

Johanna Bright Mentors (JBM) was born out of a dream — to guide students beyond academics and help them discover who they are, what they can become, and how they can achieve greatness.

In the beginning, the journey was filled with challenges — no financial support, no big office, and no recognition. Many institutions didn’t believe in our vision. But even in silence, our passion never faded.

Then came the rise of the JBM Team — a group of dedicated mentors, educators, and coordinators committed to making a difference. Together, they:

• Conducted career guidance programs impacting thousands.
• Launched internships in AI, Biotechnology, and Entrepreneurship.
• Helped final-year students prepare for the corporate world.
• Built lasting partnerships with universities and institutions.
